Your path to boldness starts here.

Process is our good friend here at Studio Bold. Never does process hold us back or stifle our creativity. On the contrary, process helps us wow you, and deliver exactly what you’re looking for — on time, and within budget.

Step 1: Let’s talk.

Take a moment to give us the scoop on what you need by using our handy questionnaire. It’s a great tool for helping you get your thoughts together. Whether you have a website, blog or a printed piece in mind, there are several things to consider:

  • What do you want the end result to be? Do you want to build greater awareness of your brand? Do you want to increase sales? Do you want to obtain customer information for a database?
  • Who is your audience? What group of people are you targeting (and why), and what information do you already know about them?
  • Keeping your desired end result and audience in mind, what information needs to be included? This could be examples of your work, offer details, testimonials, a response mechanism, and more.

There are special considerations for websites and blogs:

  • What is the platform you have or would like? (Blogger, WordPress, etc.)
  • Do you have a domain name?
  • Who is hosting your site?

Step 2: Let’s plan.

It’s best to outline what information needs to be included on your website or within your printed piece at this point. For websites, our plan will take shape as a site map. This also will help us determine what type of technology will be built into each page, and which pages require template or unique layouts. And for printed pieces, we can use a list of the information that needs to be included and brainstorm the format, or even develop a series of printed pieces.

Step 3: Let’s get you something to look at.

After discovering what you want — and why — and boiling that down to what you really need, it’s time to design. As we develop a look, we’ll keep in mind not only your goals for your website or printed piece, but also the personality of your brand and what appeals to your target audience. Along the way, you will see layouts for your approval.

Step 4: Let’s build it.

Once you have approved the layout for a printed piece, we’ll perfect it to go on press. As for websites, this is the phase when the website is programmed and starts to become functional.

Step 5: Let’s take it for a spin.

For websites, we test it out at this point. We’ll read it and click through it and explore its functionality like your target audience would. Once we’re all happy with how it performs, your site will be ready to launch.

Step 6: Let’s keep a good thing going.

Also for websites, we can help you make sure that your shiny new piece of the Web looks and performs as great as it did the day it first launched. It will be built as a CMS site, meaning you will be able to make future changes and updates all on your own. If you’re not comfortable with that, or simply don’t have the time to devote to it, Studio Bold can maintain the site as well. Learn more about CMS websites now.
