What’s the best way to contact Studio Bold?

When will you be able to start on my project, and how long will it take to complete?
Much of our timing depends on what else we’ve got brewing at Studio Bold, but we do understand that getting your project completed in a timely manner is of the utmost importance to you and the business you run. With the help of your responses to the questionnaire, we can quickly put together a timeline for when your project will be complete.

How much will my project cost?
Since every job we do is as unique as your needs, there isn’t a stock answer for this question. Once we have all of the details about your project, be it web or print, we will provide an estimate.

Pricing goes hand in hand with the size and complexity of the job. A tri-fold brochure will be priced differently from a multi-page catalog, and a website that has a WordPress (CMS) theme will have a different cost from a website with additional interior pages.

What is your design process?
Oh, how we love process. It helps your project stay focused and be completed in a timely manner. For both web and print projects, we gather information about what you want to achieve and the audience you want to reach, and continue to keep you involved every step of the way. Are you able to add widgets to my site?
Absolutely! Please note that adding widgets will increase cost due to the design and programming required.

Will my site work in different web browsers?
Yes. The websites we develop will be compatible with the latest versions of Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, Chrome and Safari.

Where can I view my website in progress?
After we finish the initial design for your site, you will be able to review it on our test server and give us your feedback, revisions and/or approval. When you approve your completed site and we receive the balance of your payment, we will make your site go “live” for the world to enjoy.

What is a CMS?
CMS stands for Content Management System. A website built as a CMS site is designed to be easy to update. You can log in with a user name and password, then proceed to add and change content to your site all on your own. You don’t have to know any programming. If you know how to use Microsoft Word, you are already on your way to knowing how to use a CMS!

Is SEO optimization included?
SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SES (Search Engine Submission) is not automatically included. But it is a capability we have and can add to your site. Learn more about SEO and SES on our Resources page.

What payment methods do you accept?
Studio Bold accepts payments made via PayPal with Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. A PayPal account is not required to make these payments. Checks (personal and business) are also accepted. With a signed contract and a 50% deposit, we will secure your project’s start date on our schedule. We request the final balance when we finish your project, before we transfer files to your own web server.
